Job Responsibilities

  • Complete all HVAC system installations efficiently and accurately; make customers happy.
  • Know how to establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction.
  • Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
  • Ensure jobs are properly staged; sign off on job quality checklist.
  • Work along side customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business.
  • Adhere to the company’s plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably.
  • Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
  • Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and technical vendor training.
  • Train and mentor apprentices to ensure on-time, high quality installations.
  • Be accurate and timely with invoices, time cards, curbside feedback and option sheets.
  • Have strong verbal and written communications
  • Have an outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. Must have advanced social skills, and ability to make solid connections.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 – $26.00 per hour

The position will be based in our office, with opportunities to travel to the market you are working in.

  • Spiffs and Bonuses on each Installation job.
  • Must have a clean, safe driving record

License/Certification:

  • EPA certification with knowledge of applicable installation and venting codes.
  • Active Electrical Trainee card

Salary: $75,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year

  • Proven track record in Electrician systems including ability to draw simple diagrams, read blue prints and other diagrams

License/Certification:

  • Valid/Current 01 or 02 Washington State Electrician License required

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years experience with proven track record in HVAC systems including ability to draw simple diagrams, read blue prints and other diagrams.

License/Certification:

  • Valid/Current 01, 02 or 06A Washington State Electrician License preferred, active Trainee Card required.
  • Valid Mechanics 1 license
  • Clean, safe driving record.

Job Requirements

  • Assisting technicians in the field with daily procedures such as: invoices, pricing, parts ordering, and customer satisfaction
  • Assisting senior technicians with training materials and training classes
  • Assisting dispatch with customer questions, concerns, and customer satisfaction
  • Driving the technician team to provide a top-notch service call
  • Quality control with schedule flow and job notes from dispatch
  • Quality Checks with performance reports and invoices
  • Weekly truck stock ordering
  • Providing upper management with reports on department performance.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour DOE

Job Description & Pay

You will be part of a great team, that works together to provide excellent service for our community’s HVAC needs.
As a bookkeeper, you will stay in contact with your supervisor and work closely with all departments to stay on top of accounts payable and receivable. You will develop relationships with the employees and be responsible for payroll.
We value open communication, honesty and integrity. You will be responsible for occasional office support/administrative duties as well as bookkeeping responsibilities.
Financial Duties:
• Review financial transactions for accuracy
• Input transactions into the correct ledger
• Reconcile bank and other accounts
• Pay vendors as they come due
• Complete required tax forms
• Make deposits and record all cash receipts
• Manage the office petty cash fund
• Process company payroll
• Contact customers for accounts receivable
Job Requirements:
